1∞1 Health is the personal coach for the other half of 100 for One.
A plan for what we built, how it works, how far it scales and how it pays.
Seven daily activities. A daily plate that teaches one idea. A group that keeps you honest. Track it, stack it, show up for 365 days.
Tap it done. The streak is the product.
One illustrated lesson a day, all year.
Optional support along the way.
Leaders and ledgers keep people moving.
It works because it is simple. 1∞1 Health keeps it simple and makes it personal.
Activity numbers shown are the men's defaults. The women's pathway has its own.
100 for One trains the discipline to show up. Hitting a health goal also takes eating, sleeping and recovering right. That part is more complex, so most people guess. 1∞1 Health removes the guessing for the members who want to go deeper.
A huge food database and calorie budget.
Targets don't adapt to you.
Strong sleep and recovery scores.
Weak on food. Needs their hardware.
Smart calorie targets that adjust weekly.
Manual logging. No groceries. No habit.
Personal to each member, from their own answers and their own data.
Press play or drag the time. Fuel, burn and water fill as the day goes. Activities light up. Pushes arrive when they matter.
Sleep synced from the watch. The day is empty and waiting.
New members answer 7 short pages. Every question says why it's asked. The answers place them in a decision matrix, which drives targets, meal picks, observations and the tone of every push. Try it.
Safety rules come first: no calorie cut for anyone under 18, pregnant, with an eating-disorder history or underweight. General guidance, not medical care.
We won't try to support everything. We focus on the devices that matter, and every one feeds the same core numbers. Toni wears a WHOOP on Android, so he's our second test case. That covers the other side of the market.
Apple Health has no cloud connection. The pilot uses a small export app. At scale, our own iPhone app reads it directly.
Official connection with sign-in and instant updates. Apps need WHOOP's approval to launch.
Health Connect lives on the phone only, so it needs an Android app. Google's newer cloud Health API covers Fitbit accounts.
Official sign-in connection. The member needs an active Oura plan. New apps start at 10 users until Oura approves more.
Rich data, but partners must be approved by Garmin first. Terms are private.
No official connection. The pilot reads it directly. At scale it comes in through Apple Health or Android.
Official connection, free for up to 5,000 users.
Newer sleep devices (like the one Ridge is adding) mostly sync to Apple Health or Android. We read them there.
Services like Open Wearables (free, we host it) or paid ones combine many devices behind one connection.
An honest split of what runs today, what's designed and repeatable, and what we're confident we can reach but haven't built.
Canned tips kill trust fast. The plan is to find real patterns in each member's own data, then explain them in plain words.
Food, timing, reps, sleep, heart, weight, alcohol and life events. Each with 1, 3 and 7-day views.
Every night, test the member's data for real links, with other factors held steady. Show only strong ones.
Hundreds of research-backed links, like alcohol and recovery. Blocks false patterns and explains true ones.
AI turns the finding into one clear line and one next step. About $0.15 a member a month.
Each member needs about 3 to 4 weeks of data before personal patterns are trustworthy.
Cost per active member per month, with our own phone app. The AI food logging is most of it.
Add about $0.30 a member if we pay a wearable data vendor instead of building our own app. People, support, marketing and legal are not included.
An add-on to 100 for One. Or $59 a year. The habit stays free. The coach is what people pay for. Priced below the big nutrition apps ($60 to $120 a year).
| Example: 10% of members add it | 1,000 members | 10,000 members | 100,000 members |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paying members | 100 | 1,000 | 10,000 |
| Monthly revenue | $699 | $6,990 | $69,900 |
| Kept after fees and costs, monthly | $500 | $5,000 | $50,000 |
| Kept after fees and costs, yearly | $6,000 | $60,000 | $600,000 |
Illustration only. 10% is our assumption, not a benchmark. Industry benchmarks: 37.7% of free trials convert; the typical health app charges $9.99 a month.
This started from your setup instructions. What we have now is one direction, not the final answer. Here's where your side could make it better.
Show us your logging, targets and pushes. We keep the best of both.
You cover the half of the market we can't test today. Your data proves the design is device-neutral.
Reps logged in the app should flow straight in. You own the app side, so you decide how.
